4000+ sq ft  house with 43 windows in it, and a 40x36 garage heated to 50 degree's running on geothermal.   Worst bill this winter was 325 for January which includes everything electric  (only energy in house is electric).......   

I plan to live here a while, but i also believe if I sell it, the geothermal will help sell it.
