Since the local livestock auction has no cafe, local churches, 4-H clubs and other civic groups take turns at providing sale barn lunches. In season, they do quite well on a long sale day.
Also seems like the church ladies or 4-H kids are more of a hit at farm auction lunch stands. Not as high priced as the professional caterers.
