Mark, tell me more about this $100/acre/year hunting lease business. I have 320 contiguous acres that have 120 pairs on right now. If I could get 32K just from hunters I would till about 150 acres of it and relax during the winters. Lots of good turkey and dear hunting, but I let a guy hunt it free right now.
