Where at in SW iowa? ISU should have some numbers on average rent, ill see if i can find them. You shouldnt have a problem getting a little bit more money if you take care of them. Is the 20 acres marginal ground? Would you farm it if crop prices were lower, or are you just breaking it because crop prices are high.
