sorry, can't help with 'your' biscuits

but...

Now I'm gonna have to make some fried biscuits in the near future, been a while since I've made them and your post just refreshed a taste in my memory.  No more often than I make them, they're almost more of a treat than anything else, but they can't be beat around 'here'.

sorry, don't have a recipe if anybody's wondering, but I do use bisquick and fry them in bacon grease. lightly dip in corn syrup.         mmm, mmm good
