I just polished off the last of some ribs I did several days ago,,,,just slice a couple off and microwave for about a minute, they were just as juicy as the day I cooked them,,,IMHO ribs are one of the few meats that will do this,,,BTW yours look just like mine did,,,delicious I'm sure,,,,,,,,and that dead chicken looks pretty good too..................
