Thanks,that's good to know.I wondered if possibly you could cut back,I was pretty sure you couldn't eliminate it altogether,a lot of times I cheat and use ready made crust and add my own toppings(deer sausage,red peppers from last years garden,lotsa cheese,oh and onions,lots and lots of onions.Sometimes I make the crust from scratch too.
