Great job,I'll be right over!! You're right about those pans working great,I always hard a hard time not burning the crust when I did it on cookie sheets.Nice pics,great pizza but I think you actually do have to add the sugar(you worded it as being optional)it's needed to make the yeast work.From what I understand the yeast feeds on the sugar.
