Gifford do your walls that are exposed to the earth, sweat during the summer ? I always wanted to build a house with poured walls with radiant heat in them. Insulate the outside with a good closed cell foam. In the winter circulate warm water/antifreeze for heat. In the summer circulate well water for cooling, but I was always afraid the walls would sweat.
