Some folks just do not understand good eating, I guess. Virginia salt cured ham makes for an excellent breakfast. Just scrub and wash it, soak in water overnight, thin slice some of it off, and place in frying pan for a few minutes on each side, then place in a warm biscuit.
I also love my Honey Baked hams.
