Stratton, Ontario, Canada
At least 100 lbs. That includes any feed that she obviously wasn't consuming. They go down quickly. I had a neighbor whose bull got woody tongue and I would estimate he lost nearly 300-400 lbs in a period of about 3 weeks. He was almost hysterical when he talked to me. He couldn't figure out what was wrong and the bull had lost a lot of weight. Think about a massive well-muscled 5 year old bull looking like a shrunk out 2 year old in a few weeks.

'Woody' refers to the elongated, rigid form the tongue takes in severe cases, in which the animal can no longer close it's mouth or drink because the tongue sticks rigidly out several inches from the mouth. At that point, the tongue will have several cream-colored lesions along it's length.
