Wont say there are witch hunts , but in the county were I grew up it wasn't uncommon to catch a dairy dumping a lagoon into creek or river because they had increased the size of their herd and not the lagoon and then it rained for 40 days and nights . Welcome to western washington state it rains alot here get used to it .
