North Mo. | We planted 8 acres behind wheat this year. It didn't get nitrogen put on right as it was uneven. It was costly, seed high, 40# nitrogen and the custom applied. On top of that I didn't get to graze it before frost so most of the leaves where not utilized that was my fault as I had reeds canary grass that needed grazing first. Any way I might do it again but I might use bin run seed. I believe the Milo behind wht. makes more economic sense in our territory. Ben | |
