Subject: cattle on shares

NEMO

Have a farm that I row crop on 50/50 shares. Landlord also has a 65 head beef cow herd. What would be a fair share of the calf crop if I provide all labor(fencing repair, new fences, workin cattle, ect.), all machinery, all fuel, all non-permanant equipment( bale rings, electric fence supplies, ect.)? I will put up the hay and clip pastures. Generally take care of cattle as if they were mine. They will provide cattle, feed, and all permanant expenses(new fence materials, water upkeep, fertilizer and lime, ect.)
