At this time in the US spending $4000 per cow for a milking system won't cash flow. We don't have $1500 per cow invest in our whole dairy for 500 cows with manure storage, parlor, and freestalls and all. That's in the US. You can do it but you better have outside income to help pay for it. Just plain simple economic's not rocket science.
