New Mexico | just think your going to have to factor some natural grazing added to your mostly drylot equation.
Shade of groves is a good deal too on those 100 + summer days there.
Lambing...not to tough.
Just run good big range ewes, shear em a couple 3 weeks before lambing and they'll come into the shed to lamb. Perhaps check em twice or 3x a day at lambing.
You'll want to sort the twinners off to their own deal as lambed and keep track of the twins.
Some of those get grafted back to where needed.
You'll need to clean the wild dogs and coyotes out and there's some of us here who have some real effective recipes for that too.
