So we have been boarding a horse for a neighbor for about a year. They have a fence built but no gate. It started out as a neighborly gesture, but this beast is hard on our fences, etc. We were not expecting to have him for more than about 3 months. We are supplying most of the hay, labor, and of course pasturage and fencing. 

Do I suddenly start charging our friends? It kind of got out of hand here.  They are loaded folks.
