Was at a funeral today for a neighbor's mother (she was 98) and some of the grandkids shared their thoughts with her. They did get choked up, but who wouldn't? It's ok to pause, let the tears flow, then continue on with your thoughts. For me it's easier to let the emotions flow, vs. holding them in.
