Charity is a good thing, and nobody can be faulted for offering it. But don't let it drag down your business. Bringing someone in who is not qualified, but "needs a leg up" is a recipe for disaster. Add drugs and other issues only makes it worse. What of that person falls off the wagon and runs over a family with your semi? Your farm will be gone, and you BOTH will be looking for charity.

Don't do it.
