Near Richmond, IN		I wear leather most of the time when I'm traveling but I would have to agree that the Areostitch stuff would probably be better and lighter. A good place for leather and all their stuff is good, is Fox Creek Leather http://www.foxcreekleather.com/

There is nothing wrong with Harley leather other than it's expensive. It's very good quality. Fox Creek will custom make chaps for you and probably other items as well.
