white clover is high protein however it also means you overgraze the grass too often. Don't worry about weeds heck cattle like some. I could show you pic. afer pic.of my cattle eating weeds at certain times of the year. Yeah the cattle even eat the blooms off of the Canadian thissels. I chop them and seems to help but they come back year after year. More than likely because the roots are deep in the soil. I just want to make the pasture I have the best it can be. |
