I'm with garvo on this one bed as needed with the corn stalks , and with those numbers I wouldn't think you would have to clean till spring or maybe next fall. As for lice or not I don't think the bedding is to blame. It would be a new one on me if it was.
Well, I didn't mean it was because of the bedding that they had lice, I figured maybe it was because of the saturated wet straw in there drawing the lice or whatever, then they got on the calves. |
