Taught. I promise you.. It is a learned behavior.
It is also learned behavior to be lighthearted and you can teach an old dog new tricks.
Just depends on how bad you want to veer off the future heart attack.
Good friends help alot. Especially ones that have been through a truckload of hell and you can see how they stay optimistic and laugh at things that would normally boil ones blood.
