Springville Alabama | If this were a car or other item the person that has them would be guilty of receiving stolen merchandise. Just like when someone steals something and then takes it to the Pawn Shop. The Pawn Shop then buys it. If the police find the stolen item in the Pawn Shop they confiscate it and give it back to the owner it was stolen from. Same thing happens if you buy a stolen car etc.....
I think it all would start with someone who is holding a bad check filling out a police report. I know if I was one of these people I would contact my state representative in the Department of Agriculture and Industries.
