I was at sale Saturday and someone bought all the cream cans, only 5. Says he caters meals and use them to cook in. Drills 5 holes in the lid to let the steam out. Puts in 5 head of cabbage, roasting ears, shrimp, or what ever meats on top. Fills with beer and cooks. Pours it all out in a trough and let them come and get it. He was tickled as the inside of these cans were so free of rust. I wonder what he has been using? lol. Says he does a lot of cooking this way for the casinos up by Omaha, Ne. Interesting. |
