Hi GA, Thanks for the excellent comments. All very good ideas for me to think about. Given i work about 50 hours a week it's hard to work on what you're describing but would be easy after "retired". Right now I think I'll stay on the same path and get as much as I can paid for and add some more land if I can find anything close by, etc.
