Just a suggestion,but for 30-40 head you don't need much. Do you feed at a fenceline feeder? How about putting in a row of seif locks. Put out some feed ,lock them up and do whatever you need to do. I plan to built some and we run 150 cows. Much less stress than tubs,and squeeze chutes.
