Manitoba | Is an antibiotic / water soluble / think it is meant for chickens or something like that. It's a small bottle and expensive but you use very very little so actual price is not bad. We use it in a hand sprayer with wand, used to hit the bad ones in the parlor when they went through for milking, just sprayed it on. Now mostly use it when trimming / wrapping and spray anything with it and then continue with usual practice (oxytet, copper sulphate, whatever). It's extra label use of the product so don't look for anything on the package about feet. If I was to rank effective treatments I would rank it #1, then tetracyline, then copper sulphate.
By the way, I have never had any issue with corns. Wonder if maybe it is just the terminiology your trimmer is using. I see that lots where different guys are using the same term for something different or different terms for the same thing. | |
