scky | Jeff as I understand this, it is your house and is the water is part of the rent? Is this your well, and he paying extra for the water? If he is getting all the water he can use then he is getting the allotted amount for the house. If he is wanting to charge for the electricity that it takes to run the pump to water the cattle then that is another story, I can't see how you owe anything for the water. If he wants paid for the electric I would give him 5$ and tell him we are even. The next renter would know that on occasion the water would be used for the calves. | |
