| Yes the top swath is the swath of grass next to the road. Around here probably 70% of the ditches are put up or hay. The guys that do that are really good about mowing again in Oct. or Nov. to cleanit up and help with a potential snow problem. I wish they would get after the land owner about it. Maybe if the owner was charged 50 or 100 bucks a half mile the land owner or the renter would take care of it. | |
