S.C. Wisconsin | In our township the township mows all roadsides 2-3 times a year. Taxpayers pay for it. Never had a complaint yet. If the township doesn't do it the landowner should be responsible. If they own land they are responsible, just like field driveway entrance. We laid the law down in our township that if you own the land you are responsible for field entrance roads or be responsible for road damage. | |
