how you think on this subject more than likey predicts what you think on many other issues. for example, if you think the naked image xrays and enhanced patdowns are no big deal, chances are, you are in favor of other constitutionaly questionable areas. in that area i would also include mass traffic 'safty checks', seat belt laws, red light & speed cameras, and even national health care. through incremental action, i wonder what we will have for a constuition, if this constant assult keeps up without restraint.
the backscatter xray produces an image so extremly detailed that child pornography laws prohibit it's use in the uk. child pornography laws are apparently overlooked on this in this country. any pervs out there? the tsa is for you. get paid for doing what you love.
