Perhaps just needs a 3500 head parlor demolished and use the rest for something else that makes real money.
This one would work well as a 1250 head total year around graze out dairy.
Last 2 BK's on it been milking 3500....hauling alot of boughten feed in etc.
Looks to me like the best crop for the land on this is Houses.
Should grow a good stand of those.
Keep some water for the golf course...lease the rest of the water out.
