New Mexico
off say a vac 45 type program.

Give your home raised another round of shots before dumping new cattle on em.

7 way plus hemopholis ( hemopholis IS the important one.

Also give em another round of ibr.

Best way ...is kick your home raised out on one wheat pasture ( assuming they're ready )

You'll keep the incoming in for a day or so...then they go out on another wheat pasture.

Then mix the cattle 2 to 3 weeks later on wheat.
