Update here: Cow is still alive, but not getting up on her own. A real nice farmer from here let me borrow a device that picks the cow up on the rear hips. I used it for 10 minutes tonight and it looks promising. At least I'm crossing my fingers.
I'm going to try to use it twice or 3 times/day for 15 minutes each. And plan to continue to keep feeding her hay and water.
I also gave her another 10 cc of cortazone tonight.
My dad and I have been putting alot of time in with her, but I definately don't want to loose her if I have any chance at saving her.
