Just give her some time to heal. She will get up eventually. Had the same thing happen this spring. Had a heifer calve and had very hard pull,(saved the calve)she was probably down for at least 5 days,went out one day to feed and water her, there she was standing let her calf suck. Just make sure to feed and water her and try once or twice a day to get her up.
