All fine and dandy if it works that way, but more often than not the trucks are sitting there wasting time either waiting to load or loaded and "can't leave 'till money is in the bank". Usually can't find out about money until after 12pm local time. Been there and done that more than once. A huge hassle. But you are right, it would sure take out all the options for fraud that way.
