Farmington IL
We are all but finished with 800 acres of corn and field averages range from one in the mid 80's, alot of corn on corn acres around 150 and the bulk of the corn after beans a couple bushells one side of of 200 or the other. We harvested our test plot this morning. 5th year corn, flat black 120 with lots of tile, looked like a average just over 150, the entire field was in the 140 sometings. I havent been suprised by much this fall but I had hopes to keep the corn on corn acres up near 150 but we couldnt do it. That one field just killed the average. All but 20 acres is in the bin and that alone is a relief after last fall!
