severe cuts aren't in the cards unless the teaparty candidates ban together and force their agenda after the election. It will only take a group of about 20 to own the agenda.
Does anyone think the current Repub leadership is gonna do it?
btw, you could build 1/2 as many more miles of highway with the same dollar if you didn't have prevailing wage rules.
