I've got a neighbor that turned a really nice family owned irrigated 2800 acre farm into an 80 acre hobby farm with he and his wife working jobs in town operation. Somehow I think he probably would have had troubles anyway. Hard to blame that one on the futures board. He seems content now and is a good neighbor though.
