You seem somewhat bitter this fall. In farming there will be ups and downs, this year in our area it will be down. Trying to keep your operation profitable in these years is a challenge no doubt.......but fully realize that local friends, neighbors and coop guys read your post. I for one was fully onboard with the sell early and often train but started putting on the brakes in August. But as of right now, Id say we are 110% to 120% sold. Although this year wont go down as a very profitable year, I am not throwing "my local marketing guy" under the bus. He has made me way more money than he has ever lost me. After all, I sign the contract and take full responsibility.
