That is what has been going on in the wheat market all summer. It has stabilized somewhat lately. Mainly due to the fact that the elevators own 80% of the wheat crop. Basis is not as big of a concern for them now. We are living in a crazy time. This thing has caught alot of people totally by surprise. It is the "Perfect Storm". Bad to mediocre crops on several continents is not a normal thing.
