Yup, we get most of SoDak is not favorable corn ground, but the Easter 1/3 has some purty darn good pockets of HIGHLY profitable ground......Especially as of late.   Things have changed over there in the last 15-20 years. 

Our basis is -80 for cash right now.   I know land in your part of the world has a market value at minnimum equal to or over IL.

I get Ill makes allota corn, but some of them can't see the forest through the trees.   Im gunna stop pickin on the Illini, Lotsa good guys down there, few here are making a name.  Besides, If the gophers can't beat USoDak, I just don't want the conversation to go there!
