SW Iowa | I can see looking back 90 days after declaring bk and going after anyone who was paid for services rendered, but, billing all the customers that delivered corn for cash payment is different. If you have truck weigh weights scale tickets or settlement sheets showing bushels of corn delivered and payment rec'd that should be preference enough. What about the charge off tax that the corn indemnity fund receives? I know it isn't much, but shouldn't they get a letter too?
I never did business with Verison, but sure do a lot of business with another ethol plant near me. I guess if they would return my corn in same condition as it was when I hauled it there, to me, then there might be reason for me to give them back their money. | |
