ECIL | will the demand base for corn start to diminish. I'm not up on the e-plant numbers or livestock numbers either. With the differing discussions below everyone seems to agree the crop isn't what it is projected to be and there are different price levels being bantered about. So when do the remaining livestock producers feel a hard enough pinch to throw in the towel? At what price does an e-plant look at an extended period of negative margins? At what point do exports start to fall off? I'm guessing we are close to those points for livestock and e-plants now. | |
