Thanks for those comments Mark. We got hit hard with Goss' Wilt too. Remains to be seen how much damage it really did. We had way too much rain in June and were just a little too dry for a couple of weeks early in July. No crop failure or disaster here but not the yields that the national average is usually able to count on from this area either. We averged about 245 on all of our acres in 2008. I expect this year to be at least 50 bu less. We'll know more a day or two after Labor Day. With the warm weather continuing I think we will be in the mid twenties by Labor Day. Then it is go time!
