You can use square tubing as well, cemented in it looks to be pretty solid, weld some rebar maybe on the sleeve to give more area. Haven't tried it yet, though, have to pound out some floor to do it and not that eager for sledgehammer work. Especially as the cement seems deeper in that spot.
