Feed nutritionist told me one time, when I was trying to buy dry DDG and I told him his DDG were too high, he said they were because he had to buy them from plants that were not taking Milo, his Dairy rations have to have corn ddg's.....dont know why but that is the answer I got. Thus that market drives to no milo usage like at Garnett I think.
