Anderson County Kansas | I don't believe it. The reason it takes less N to grow an acre of milo is because it doesn't yield as much. I don't think the amount of fertilizer is that much lower for a bushel of milo than for a bushel of corn. I hope not because I hate milo too. We haven't grown it in 20 years. Also the plants that are extracting the corn oil can't use milo, thats why the one at Garnett quit. | |
