Put a 4" PVC in your concrete on the side facing your future "toy shop". Can use that later to pull phone/internet/alarm wiring-or even an air hose between the two. Won't cost you much, easier now than to try and cut concrete later. If you don't use it just cap it off. Even if garages are 5ft apart it is nice to have compressed air in both.
